Le nostre erbe aromatiche essiccate sono confezionate in sacchetto di cellophane ma consigliamo di trasferirle in un vasetto di vetro pulito e asciutto . Vanno conservate a temperatura ambiente .

La nostra produzione segue il disciplinare della lotta integrata, che prevede un utilizzo limitatissimo di pesticidi, consapevoli degli effetti dannosi che questi prodotti hanno sull'ambiente, gli animali - come le api - e la salute dell'uomo.

Ci impegnamo anche nella salvaguardia del terreno. Non siamo mai ricorsi a diserbanti e per mantenere il terreno vitale e ricco di sostanze nutritive pratichiamo lo sfalcio continuo dell'erba, fertilizzandolo solo con concimi naturali di origine animale.

È un lavoro molto più impegnativo e stancante ma i profumi e i sapori dei nostri raccolti, l'apprezzamento dei nostri clienti e il sapere che l'ecosistema locale è sano, ci ripaga di tutti i nostri sforzi.

Così potrai gustarti prodotti sani e genuini ricchi di sapore e maturati al sole grazie ad un utilizzo quasi nullo di pesticidi.

Per tenere pulite le nostre coltivazioni ricorriamo solo allo sfalcio manuale dell'erba, senza impiego di diserbanti e derivati. Utilizziamo unicamente concimi naturali per mantenere il terreno  sano, forte e ricco di sostanze nutritive.

Il raccolto avviene rigorosamente a mano e senza l'impiego di macchine nel rispetto dell'ambiente e delle tradizioni contadine dei nostri luoghi.

I nostri prodotti vengono venduti così come sono e confezionati solo quando serve con materiali naturali e/o di origine organica e quando possibile gli imballi vengono ri-utilizzati.

Il nostro chiosco vendite è aperto da maggio a ottobre e vi troverete solo prodotti freschi di stagione e tutti le nostre conserve, i sughi, i succhi di frutta, le marmellate e molto altro.
